In order to help the student expand his/her knowledge I will help answer the question. This in hope that the student will get a piece of knowledge that will help him/her through his/her homework or future tests.

You may be unable to link to the site if a large number of computer users are attempting to access a Web site at the same time that you are. This is because some website servers can only handle a certain amount of traffic. The correct answer is

C. You may be unable to link to the site.

I hope it helps, Regards.

When a large number of people are attempting to access a website at the same time that you are, then you may be unable to link to the site. The correct option among all the options given in the question is option "C". The server of the computer will hang because of the heavy traffic it is encountering and ultimately the server will shut down.
