Correct answer is TRUE, because
The judiciary branch is not the same than the president's one. Executive branch is the president's one, such branch is one of the three branches of the U.S. government; this branch mainly interprets the federal laws and upholds them.

The answer is true
The President is on the Executive branch, along with the vice presidents and the cabinet members. The president is also the head of state, head of U.S government , and the commander in chief of the Military
