How do i sketch y=(7/2)(x)-2 on a graph

The base equation is y=mx +b, m is the number before x is always the rise over run while b is the y-intercept. What this means is that first you go to -2 in the y-line (vertical line) then you rise 7 up and go 2 across. Hope this helps =)
