So what is the solution -13 or -17 or even (3-3) 0 x (6+2) 8 = 0 people just do not seem to agree.

3 times 6=18
now we have
3-18+2
add
3-18=-15
now we have
-15+2=-13

answer is -17 because of order of operations (PEMDAS)
