Milky Way is located in the local group of galaxies which comprises 2 large or massive galaxies (M31 & Milky Way) and many other small dwarf galaxies.
Andromeda is our neighbouring galaxy. Elliptical and Spiral are the types of galaxies. Virgo is a constellation and also Local group is the part of Virgo supercluster
