9000. There are 1000 millimeters in one meter. Therefore multiplying 9 and 1000 will give you the right answer

milli means 1000
1 meter=1000 milimeters
therefor
9 times 1 meter=9 times 1000 milimeters
9 meter=9000 milimeters
