x-first\ number\\x+1-second\ number\\\\x+x+1=83\\2x=82\\x=41\\x+1=42\\\\42+41=83,\ so\ first\ number\ could\ be\ 40\ and\ second\ 41,\ because\\sum\ must\ be\ less\ than\ 83.
