1) finding support in other family members (sisters, brothers, aunts, etc) - this will help you feel that you are not loosing the whole family

2) Finding some hobby you're good at - this would help not loosing self-confidence

3) Calmly talking about the problems to ensure that the bad feelings will not influence the respect for family members.
