1.A because functions cannot have a repating input in the data set. 2.C because each dot has its on line on the graph but the others have two dots on the same line indicating that they have the same x or input which can't happen in functions. 3. C because a function rises from left to right.

the reason why A is A is because none of the x (x,y) repeat and if they did repeat then lets say " (8,9) and then it went like ( 8,0) It not a function because 8 can only be 8,9"
C is C because no numbers or points on the quadrilateral plot and so it is a function
B is B because there was only one point and because it was round you really can't add more points because its round and round things are just special so
