False. You should still be tested for non communicable diseases, because a lack of symptoms doesn't mean you do not have the disease or are not at risk for it -for many of the common non communicable diseases there are factors and other vulnerabilities that may put you at risk. Cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and chronic kidney disease are all non communicable, and all can have a genetic component that may increase your risk of getting one even if you are not yet exhibiting any symptoms.
