Savannah bought a box of nails for two projects. She uses 18 nails for the first project. For the second project, she uses 10 more than half the number of nails left in the box. Let n represent the original number of nails that come in a box. Which expression represents the number of nails Savannah uses for the second project?

12(n+18)+10

12n−18+10

1/2n − 182+10

1/2 n − 18 + 102

18 nails at first
now the total number of nails in box=n-18 where n=original number in box
she uses 10 more than (10+) half (1/2) number of nails in box
10+1/2 times (n-18)
therefor the answer is 1/2(n-18)+10
the answer would be third one if you distribute but it looks like you forgot the / symbol so then answer is
the answer could be the floowing
1/2(n-18)+10
1/2n-18/2+10
1/2n-9+10
1/2n+1
pick the one that is listed as a possible answer
