The answer would be B. No, I don't think Canadian bacon would be appropriate.
In A. Polish should be capitalized since it is a part of Poland. It is the language, just like English and Spanish are always capitalized since they are the language.
In C. Virginia is a place and that needs to be capitalized just like Idaho is capitalized.
In D. Georgia should be capitalized since it is another place and places need to be capitalized.
