what you have to do to figure this out is do 32×3, because one yard is equal to 3 feet, your answer would be 96 feet, so no, 90 feet is smaller than 32 yards.

No, 90 feet is NOT bigger than 32 yards.
An easy way to solve this is to convert feet to yards, or vice versa.
1 yard = 3 feet
32 × 3 = 96 feet
Now, put that into the problem and try and solve it.
Is 90 feet bigger than 96 feet? The answer is NO because 90 < 96.
