We are given the following values of the function to be

\begin{gathered} f(x)=7x^2-2x+5 \\ g(x)=-x+2 \end{gathered}

To find (f.g)(x)

We will find the product of f(x) and g(x)

f(x)* g(x)=(7x^2-2x+5)*(-x+2)_{}

Upon expanding, we will have

\begin{gathered} =7x^2\mleft(-x\mright)+7x^2\cdot\: 2-2x\mleft(-x\mright)-2x\cdot\: 2+5\mleft(-x\mright)+5\cdot\: 2 \\ =-7x^3+16x^2-9x+10 \end{gathered}

Thus, the answer is:

=-7x^3+16x^2-9x+10
