I would go with:
1. Based on the down fall of the main character
4. Centered on a major flaw in the main characters personality.
Because, those two statements are the worst of them all and given that they're looking for a TRAGIC statement, 3 & 4 wouldn't really fit in that category. I hope this helps!

Answer:

1 and 4

Step-by-step explanation:

A tragic drama is a theatrical representation of the fall of kings or nobles. It begins in happiness and prosperous situations which end in chaos and catastrophe. The main character in a tragedy tends to be a remarkable person full of nobility who is degradated in the course of the play, thus, option 1. The degradation of the tragic hero revolves around a major flaw or various flaws in his personality which indeed provides a dramatic touch. Consequently, on stage we can see Macbeth among many memmorable tragedies.
