it didnt peotect individual rights and that if a government wasnt good the people had the right to overthrow it and make a new government

Well I'm not sure how to answer ur question, but here's what I do know bout it. It might help.

The Common Sense was a 46 page pamphlet written by an Englishman (and former tax collector). In it he argues, in plain English, why America should be a separate country from England and why war is the only hope left.

Impact: Most widely published work in American history (more popular than Harry potter!) Read aloud at town hall meetings, it's simple language convinces many people that war against England is the right thing to do.
