Well, the sum of the angles in a triangle equals 180 degrees.
So you do 180 minus the two angles to get the third angle.
180 - 78.4 - 57.2 = 44.4
44.4 degrees

To find AC, use the law of sines.
Length A / sin (angle a) = length b / sin(angle b)
