One way;
4 tens and 7 ones
since 4 is in the tens place and 7 in the ones place.

You can make it with 4 tens which is equal to 40 and 7 ones which is equal to 7 40+7=47 which gives you your answer. You could also use less numbers like 3 tens plus 17 which is 30+17+47.
