$No,\ is\ a\ rational\ number.\\\\-6.06=-6(6)/(100)=-6(3)/(50)\in\mathbb{Q}$

No it isn't an irrational number as it can be expressed as a fraction containing whole numbers.

-6.06

=(-600/100)-(6/100)

=-606/100

=-303/50
