B, i believe that B is right ,  because that's why he had a trial in the first place , and he wanted his property

Sandford's argument during the case was that property cannot be taken from him without due process, which is in the constitution. The court agreed with him, angering abolitionists, and celebrations went throughout the Southern states, as they labeled the Constitution as a pro-slavery document
