0.5% is equal to 1/200.

So 1.5% is 3/200.

100%-1.5%=98.5%=197/200

(197/200)*198=195.03

1,5= 1 5/10= 1 1/2= 3/2

3/2 % of 198= 3/2/100 *198= 3/2 * 1/100 *198= 3/100 * 99= 297/100= 2,97

198-2,97= 195,03
