Use this formula to solve your question:

(a)/(b) / (c)/(d) = (a)/(b) * (d)/(c) =(ad)/(bc)

(1)/(b^2) / (a)/(b^2) = (1)/(b^2) * (b^2)/(a) = (b^2)/(b^2 * a) =\boxed{\bf{(1)/(a)}}

Your final answer is 1/a.

so we have
( (1)/(b^(2)) )/( (a)/(b^(2)) )

multiply by
( (b^(2))/(a) )/( (b^(2))/(a) ) to make bottom number 1

( (b^(2))/(ab^(2)) )/( (ab^(2))/(ab^(2)) )=
( (b^(2))/(ab^(2)) )/(1)=
(b^(2))/(ab^(2)) =
(1)/(a)
