The first thing i noticed was that each ratio began from adding one each time. the second part began from the 2's table.
Also these ratios are equal ratios.

are all equal ratios

if you were to simplify them, they would all equal 1/2
1/2=1/2
2/4=2/2 times 1/2=1 times 1/2
3/6=3/3 times 1/2=1/2
they all are ratios of 1 to 2
