Hi
House = H
Lot = L
H+L = 400,000
H = 7L
7L+L = 400,000
8L = 400,000
L = (400,000)/8
L = 50,000
H = 7L
H = 7(50,000)
H = 350,000
Answer:
Lot cost: $ 50,000
House cost: $ 350,000
