Dividing the first equation by 2 we get:


\begin{gathered} (2y)/(2)=(12x-10)/(2), \\ y=6x-5. \end{gathered}

Therefore, both lines have the same slope, then they must be parallel or the same line. Now, since they have different y-intercept, we get that they must be different lines.
