m = (y_(2) - y_(1))/(x_(2) - x_(1)) = (4 - 2)/(3 - 1) = (2)/(2) = 1
The answer is B.

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 2 = 1(x - 1)
y - 2 = 1(x) - 1(1)
y - 2 = x - 1
+ 2 + 2
y = x + 1

Answer:

1.

Explanation:

The formula of slope is: for two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) the slope is given by m =
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

So, for P and Q we have that the slope is m =
(4-2)/(3-1) =
(2)/(2) = 1.

So, the answer is 1.
