3 brownies divided by 8 sisters

3 brownies divided by 8 sisters is 3/8 of a brownie per sister because if you draw a simple model including 3 squares to substitute 3 brownies and divide it into 8 equal pieces, one piece for each sister per brownie, you should get 3/8 of a brownie per sister. Hope this helped!

The question answered itself, actually.
3 brownies divided by 8 sisters.
It is basically telling you to divide the 3 brownies with 8 sisters.

3 ÷ 8

= 0.375

However, each sister gets 0.375 share of the brownies.
