Hi

2x+y = 3 ⇒ ×2 ⇒ 4x+2y = 6
3x-2y = 4

4x+2y = 6
3x-2y = 4
----------------
4x+3x+2y-2y = 6+4
7x+0 = 10
7x = 10
x = 10/7

2x+y = 3
2(10/7)+y = 3
20/7+y = 3
y = 3-20/7
y = (21-20)/7
y = 1/7
