Vacuoles are essentially enclosed compartments which are filled with water containing inorganic and organic molecules including enzymes in solutions, though in certain cases they may contain solids which have been engulfed. They contain the following:
waste productswater in plant cellssmall molecules stored proteins

You can find water, waste products, nutrients, and other substances. The vacuole is where everything is stored so you can find a lot of other stuff there as well. Hope this helps.
