x+x-5 \geq 33\\\\2x -5 \geq 33\\\\2x -5 + 5 \geq 33 + 5\\\\2x \geq 38\\\\(2x)/(2) \geq (38)/(2)\\\\\boxed{\bf{x \geq17}}

To write this inequality first lets write the word form. The determine the symbol, and write it out:-

x + x - 5 greater than or equal to 33

greater than or equal to sign is ≥.

lets write it out with the sign:-

x + x - 5 greater than or equal to 33.
x + x - 5 ≥ 33

If we were to write this in correct words it would be

A number plus a number minus five, is greater than or equal to thirty-three.

Hope I helped ya!! xD
