All you have to do is add a 0
so if I had 10 centigrams of sugar it would be 100 milligrams of sugar.

Basically, add a zero, since that is one step down on the Metric Conversion Chart. (I'll add that at the bottom!)
So if I had 50cm of a Shrimp Ramen Noodle Packet, I'd have 500mg of the Shrimp Ramen Noodle Packet!
