|PQ|=2\cdot| RQ|\ \ \ \Rightarrow\ \ \ 4 (3)/(4) =2\cdot |RQ|\ /:2\ \ \ \Rightarrow\ \ \ (19)/(4)\cdot (1)/(2) = |RQ|\\\\|RQ|=(19)/(8)=2 (3)/(8)

PQ is bisected by RS at R. It means that PRQ is a line segment with PR = RQ and each of half of PQ.

RQ = PQ/2 = 1/2 [ 4 3/4 ] = 1/2 * 19/4 = 19/8 = 2 3/4
