That can be either true or false, depending on the location
of the object being gravitationally attracted.

The gravitational attraction between you and anything else
depends on the mass of the other thing and your distance from it.

If you're on the line between the Earth and the moon, and
anywhere within about 24,000 miles of the moon, then
you'll be attracted toward the moon more strongly than
toward the Earth.
