The answer is letter A.

LDL or Low Density Lipoprotein is also known as the "bad cholesterol." It is the opposite of HDL or High Density Lipoprotein which is commonly found in food that have high vitamin content. LDL comes from food that contain high concentrations of fat and cholesterol that cannot be properly dissolved in the blood. Its structure consists of an outer rim of lipoprotein that surrounds a cholesterol center. High levels of this will increase pressure in the blood and not the opposite.
