Military forces attacking Isis is dangerous and it`s a 95%-96% attacking isis is good than not attacking them at all

Well to be honest, of the Military forces attacking Isis is dangerous and so is not doing it. I would say attacking Isis is 95% better than not because what if people ended up getting injured again.
