False. There are always risks involved in doing Yoga poses or any other exercise activities that an individual might involve himself in. Yoga is a particular practice that requires focus and deep breathing which play a crucial role in performing the different required poses. A person who is practicing Yoga should always take it at a slow pace and not rush improvements as this would most likely lead to injuries. Worst case is attempting to do a headstand without even practicing on the foundations of yoga; a person might end up with a broken neck or shoulder. Despite it having these risks, yogis always remind students to practice with caution.
