The answer is letter C.

Males and females don't have the same amount of essential body fat in their structures. Women tend to have more essential body fat to support the possibility of reproduction. This enables women to produce the necessary nutrients necessary for a fetus to grow. When the baby is already born, essential body fats play roles in the breastfeeding or lactation of women. Men generally have less essential body fat that's why their structures tend to lean on the muscular side compared to women.
