A glacier in Alaska moves about 29.9 meters a day. About how much farther will it move in 1000 days then it will move in 100 days?

If it moves 29.9 meters a day, then we need to find the total amount of days:

1000 days + 100 days = 1100 days

Since it moves 29.9m per day, we can write:

29.9m x 1100 which equals 32 890m

So it moved 32 890m
