Water is a necessary component for life. If water is insufficient inside the body, blood becomes thick and does not circulate efficiently within the body through the circulatory system. Excessive dehydration causes the blood volume to remain the same but the blood concentration differs. Thick blood is not pumped efficiently by the heart which causes complication in the different organs and if further aggravation occurs it might lead to the death of an individual. Individuals are encouraged to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day to ensure good blood circulation.
