Well the best thing to do would be to say what each of these fraction is stating. 1/5 means 1 out of 5. That's closes to 0. 4/7 is saying 4 out of 7. 1/2 of 7 is 3.5 so that is closest to 1/2. 11/12 is saying 11 out of 12. That's almost a whole. So that's closest to 1. and 2/15 is saying that only 2 of 15. So that's closest to 0 as well.
1/5=0
4/7= 1/2
11/12 =1
2/15=0
