The answer is letter B.
In order to reduce the risk of food borne illnesses people should learn to follow these steps: clean, separate, cook, and chill. Clean by washing your hands often and prevent the area from insects and pests; Separate raw meat into different types (e.g. poultry, pork, beef) and put them in separate containers; Cook food properly and make sure to reheat it; and Chill or store them in temperatures where further decay will not happen and microorganisms will not grow on or in them.
