B. Me ; direct object.
Mom and Dad talked to my sister and me.
To check whether to use I or me in the sentence, we can reconstruct the sentence. We drop the words "my sister and"
Mom and Dad talked to I.
Mom and Dad talked to me. *This makes more sense than using I. So, use "me" in the sentence.
