All of the dimensions of wellness are interconnected so improvements in one dimension will affect the others. For example- if an individual breaks their leg their physical health is effected, their emotional and social as they are restricted from activities.

Answer:

The achievement of a goal, increases your self-esteem and disposition, this ends up reflecting in all dimensions of your well-being, because it makes you happy, satisfied and energetic.

Step-by-step explanation:

One of the most important points of setting personal goals is that putting what you want to get on paper - and how you intend to do it - allows you to reflect on what you really want and what matters to you as a person and as a professional. However, simpler goals can be established.

What really matters is that the achievement of a goal provides an improvement in all dimensions of well-being. That's because the achievement of a goal increases self-esteem, makes you happy, energetic, satisfied and positive, ready to face new things, because you are excited and strong.
