The Formula for finding speed is

v = s / t

here v = speed, s = distance, t = time
putting values

v = 1 / 25
v = 0.04 m / s

$1min=60s\to1s=(1)/(60)min\\\\25s=25*(1)/(60)min=(5)/(12)min\\\\1m/25s=1m/(5)/(12)min=(12)/(5)\ m/min=2.4\ m/min$
