A rotaion of a point 90° clockwise is given by:


(x,y)\rightarrow(y,-x)

The coordinates of the original point are (1,-3), applying the rule to this point we have:


(1,-3)\rightarrow(-3,-1)

Therefore:

Point in the original figrue (1,-3)

Point in the final figure (-3,-1)
