so 2500+40 times number of animals is greater than or equal to 4000
2500+40 times number of animals
>
4000
so we have 30 cats+10 dogs
add
30+10=40
subsitue 40 for number of animals
2500+(40 times 40)
>
4000
40 times 40=1600
2500+1600
>
4000
2500+1600=4100
4100
>
4000
true
the answer is YES
