Infinitive are almost always used as nouns in a sentence, so b and c are out. And since this sentence is imperative, and the subject is you *it's understood that nothing before the verb is and understood you*, the answer has to be d because you are setting you alarm to wake up early.

definitely not A or D, it describes action, not person, so I say C, adverb
