So the question is what kind of body offers little resistance for the movement of electrons from one point to another. We have 3 types of materials with respect to flow of charge. Those are insulators that have the highest resistance for the flow of electrons, semiconductors that have somewhat smaller resistance and we have conductors which have the smallest resistance to the flow of electrons. So the correct answer is A. conductor.
