M = Meters CM = Centimeters S = Slabs

The rectangles length is 3.6m , with a width of 3m
the square (s) sides are 60cm , no. slabs = 32 and convert Cm To m=1m=100cm

60cm times 1m/100 cm = 0.60m
The area of the rectangle is 3.6m*3m=10.80m squared
area of slab = 0.60m squared=0.60 x 32=11.52m squared

The Total slabs together thats needs to cover the Rectangle is 30(slabs)
0.36m squared x 30 = 10.80m

& The Lenght is 3.6m (meters) = 5 slabs. 6 Slabs for the length & 5 for the width

I strongly hope this helps. :)

Given:
Rectangle: length = 3.6 m ; width = 3m
square slab: sides = 60 cm
no. of slabs = 32
Convert cm to m: 1 m = 100 cm

60 cm * 1m/100 cm = 0.60 m

Area of rectangle = 3.6m * 3m = 10.80 m²
Area of slab = (0.60m)² = 0.60 x 0.60 = 0.36m²
Total area of slabs = 0.36m² x 32 = 11.52m²

Total slabs needed to cover the rectangle is 30 slabs.
0.36m² x 30 = 10.80m

length: 3.6 meters / 0.60 meters = 6 slabs
width : 3 meters / 0.60 meters = 5 slabs

6 slabs for the length and 5 slabs for the width.
