Lets take out the important info:
2 boys
1/6 if students r boys

So, if 6 is the denominator you multiply that by 2 to get 12.
Now to check, 1/6 of 12 is 2.
Therefore, your answer is 12 students.

2 times 6 equals 12 :) So if 2 individuals are in one sixth, we just multiply it by 6 to get the answer. There were 12 students standing in line, 2 were boys and 10 were girls ;) I hope this helps you!
